A group of hip young Jewish artists from NYC and Argentina have joined to put a contemporary twist on a traditional Judaic gift for new Jewish couples. The are making Ketubahs or Jewish wedding contracts with a design element for hanging in the home, and they are not just for Jews, they are for non-Jews too according to spokesman, Jacob Kreimer. "There are also more and more Christians every day getting Ketubahs, too! It's weirdly becoming a fashion!" Begun as a gift of love for friends and family members, last year (2011), the group began offering these contemporary Ketubahs for sale, with certificates of authenticity to couples anywhere in the world. For more information, visit Jacob Kreimer at their webiste: http://thisisnotaketubah.com/. He's waiting to create one for you.
